Before you hand over a 200 MB ZIP
Does the file leave my computer?
No. Parsing and recap calculations run in your browser. There is no upload endpoint, account or stored copy.
Which exports work?
Strava bulk exports containing activities.csv, and Garmin account exports containing JSON activity summaries. FIT and GPX files accompanying Strava exports are recognised but summary metrics come from the CSV.
Why might one activity look wrong?
Export formats change and regional fields vary. This first release is verified with synthetic files only; report a layout that fails and include field names, never your private archive.
